Delivery & Returns

Delivery and returns information for custom surfboards, stock products, fins, tables and other workshop pieces.

Delivery

Surfboards under 8ft

We can deliver these. Boards are carefully packaged to survive transit and you'll get tracking once it's on the way.

Surfboards 8ft and over

Due to carrier size restrictions, boards this length can't be shipped. Collection from the workshop can be arranged, or get in touch to talk through options.

Fins, tables and other stock products

Standard delivery applies. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery timescales will vary depending on whether your order is a custom build or an in-stock item. If you need a firm date, ask before ordering and we'll give you an honest answer.

Returns

Custom surfboards

Every board we build is shaped to your spec, not pulled off a shelf. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period that applies to off-the-shelf goods. Once a custom board is in production, it can't be cancelled simply because you've changed your mind.

This doesn't affect your rights if something is genuinely wrong with the board. If it arrives faulty or not as described, you're still covered under the Consumer Rights Act and we'll sort it.

Stock products

Fins, tables and other non-custom items aren't exempt. You have the standard 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order, plus a further 14 days to send the item back once you've told us you're returning it.

To qualify:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent in
  • Unused, unfitted and undamaged
  • Original packaging included where possible

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once we've received and checked the return, refunds are processed within 14 days.

This page gives a general summary and isn't a substitute for legal advice. If you're unsure about your rights on a specific order, get in touch and we'll talk it through, or check the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 directly.
